I was very happy to receive this book in the giveaway and could not wait to sit down with it as soon as it came in the mail. We are a family of four and I am a stay at home mom and we have a very busy schedule. I cook from scratch and seldom eat out due to my son and I having a strange allergy to olives and olive oils. I needed to be a little more creative with our regular flexitarian diet. This book has helped in just one week!

If someone is moving into their first apartment and needs one all-purpose cookbook, I can almost guarantee this is the cookbook you should get them.
Not super useful for me, but I’m not going to ding it for that. I run a weird kitchen.
